TCR has the capability to manufacture the simplest of parts up to the most complex of surfaces by using the latest in CNC machine tool technology and CAD/CAM software. All of our computers and CNC machines operate in a fully integrated and controlled environment ensuring that production efficiency is always maximized. All files are centrally stored in our E2 Shop Floor Control system. Customer data can be accepted and uploaded via conventional computer media such as CD ROM/DVD and via email.
The Facility Our 4300 sq ft climate controlled facility in Oakville, Ontario is an efficient, well designed and pleasant working environment. While we do understand the benefits of a great facility to work in for our staff, we also need a building that would ensure the highest quality control which meant strict climate control, cleanliness and good lighting. The plant is ideally located within easy access to all major highways and just 20 minutes from the Toronto Airport.
